Product overview

Made around the way your product will be used.

Cord thickness, fibre character, colour, knot, tip and fastening method change how a tag or pouch feels and performs.

Cord diameter, hand feel, knot and fastener must work with the tag hole, pouch channel and expected handling.

Before you request a quote

Common buying questions.

Custom manufacturing becomes much easier when the brief answers the same questions production needs.

What information do you need for a quote?

Send the product type, finished size, quantity per design, preferred material and finish, destination country, target date and artwork or a visual reference.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Our starting MOQ is 100 pcs per product or design. Material, printing or finishing process, tooling, dimensions and artwork versions can still affect unit price and the recommended production route.

Can I approve a sample before production?

Yes. A stock sample can help compare material and construction; a custom sample is used when colour, artwork placement, size or finish must be approved.

Can several designs or products ship together?

Often, yes. We can coordinate compatible labels, tags, pouches, cords and paper pieces and plan consolidation once production timelines are confirmed.

Can you provide sustainability documentation?

Documentation availability depends on the exact material, manufacturing partner and order. Tell us the claim or standard you need so it can be checked before sampling.

How do you confirm production and delivery time?

Timing is confirmed after the specification, artwork, sampling route, quantity and destination are known. Complex finishes and multiple SKUs may require additional coordination time.

Ready for a real specification?

Send the artwork, quantity and destination.

We will help organize the material, finish, sample route and next practical step.
