The black poly mailer bags are AS5810 Home Compostable and AS4736 Commercially Compostable. The top-class quality of custom poly mailers includes sturdy, premium-matte finish, waterproof, non-transparent, writable, and reusable.
The poly mailer bags are 70-80% PBAT (an entirely compostable co-polymer) and 20-30% PLA + cornstarch. Order a minimum of 50 poly mailers and deliver compostable excellence to your customers.

Our compostable mailers are made from 70% PBAT, 25% corn starch, and 5% PLA.
What is the difference between degradable and compostable satchels?
Degradable mailers (commonly known as D2W) break down over time but may leave behind microplastics or residues. Compostable mailers break down into natural, non-toxic organic matter without harmful residue.

Yes. Our compostable mailers come with dual adhesive strips for reuse and return orders. Cut along the dotted line after first use, refill, reseal, and ship again.
Do compostable mailers have a shelf life?
Yes. Shelf life is approximately 9–12 months when stored sealed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How should my customers compost your mailers?
Remove all non-compostable labels, stickers, and adhesive contaminants before placing the mailer into a home compost bin.
How long do compostable mailers take to compost?
Generally, within 180 days, depending on moisture and temperature conditions.
What happens if compostable mailers end up in a landfill?
